Corrybrough Estate
The Corrybrough Estate lies in the heart of Scotland's most consistent grouse country and extends over some 10,000 acres. The ground rises from 900 feet to 2,000 feet above sea level and is an excellent moor for both driven and walked up grouse shooting, the estate's record season being achieved in 1998.
Corrybrough Lodge is an extremely fine country house offering very smart and comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 15 people in 8 bedrooms (7 twin bedded and 1 single room) with 4 bathrooms and a separate shower room. The public rooms include a drawing room, snug, large dining room and billiard room with a full sized table.
In addition to it's grouse moor, Corrybrough Estate has access to fishing on the Upper River Findhorn. The Corrybrough beat lies adjacent to the lodge and extends to 1.7 miles on the south bank.

Croftdhu
Croftdhu is on the Balnespick Estate on the Balvraid Road about 3miles north-east of the A9 road from Perth to Inverness near the village of Tomatin.
This Highland Croft stands on its own, facing south, on a hillside commanding magnificent views up and down the beautiful Findhorn Valley.
There is a large living room, kitchen, larder, bathroom with WC and two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other singles) and hall on the ground floor. The House is stone-built with mains electricity and private water supply. It is fully furnished except for linen (available if requested at an extra cost of £5 per person for a two week stay). There are good fires, a wood/coal burning stove in the kitchen, which heats the water and an imersion heater. There is a telephone installed, an electric cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, refridgerator and a colour television. Firewood is supplied free. Dalmagarry Farm Holiday Cottage
This purpose built holiday cottage was completed in May 2000 and has been finished to a high standard. It is situated on a hill farm in the Strathdearn Valley close to the River Findhorn, 12 miles south of the city of Inverness. The Millennium Cycle-way passes through the farm.
Due to the traditional and environmentally friendly methods of farming techniques practised and special habitats actively managed, the farm has a good and varied population of breeding birds (particularly waders). It is an excellent situation for bird watching with over 100 different species of bird being seen in or around its location.

Dalmigavie Lodge
Dalmigavie is a pretty and comfortable family house, set in a peaceful position overlooking the River Findhorn. It has all been redecorated in the past few years and has oil central heating, an open fire and a wood stove to ensure a warm interior. The sitting room and dining room both have large bay windows overlooking the river, on which salmon fishing is usually available. The large family kitchen has a four-oven Aga.

Glenan Lodge Guest House
Glenan Lodge is a traditional country house in a village location in the midst of the Monadliath mountains just 15 miles south of Inverness and 15 miles north of Aviemore on the main A9. We are fully non smoking. We have a comfortable guest lounge with video a homely dining room and licenced bar. Home cooked evening meals are available on request. We are ideally situated for walking cycling bird watching mountain biking or just touring the Highlands Loch Ness and the ski area at Aviemore are each only a 30 minute drive away and Tomatin Distillery with it's Vistor Centre is next door We also have our own 2 mile beat on the river Findhorn for the use of our guests for salmon and wild brown trout fishing.

Inverbrough Cottage
Inverbrough cottage, which was the farmhouse on the small hill farm of Upper Inverbrough is located in the glorious highlands of Scotland, sitting on a bend of the Findhorn, giving it extensive views up and down the river. It has been almost entirely rebuilt and refurbished to bring it to the highest standard of modern living. About a mile from the centre of Tomatin village, 16 miles from Inverness, and an easy drive to many tourist attactions, it offers a premium balance between seclusion and convenience.

Millcroft is a family run B + B in an original Croft House situated at the heart of Tomatin Village, close to the local Inn for evening meals and within easy distance of some of the most beautiful countryside in Scotland. The accomodation consists of three lovely bedrooms, the first has a king-size four poster bed with luxury linen and towels and en-suite shower room. This room is situated on the ground floor off a beautiful private sitting room with great views. Upstairs there are two rooms, one with twin beds and a great view of the viaduct, the other has one bed and a futon and views of the village and woodland. There is a large shower room on this floor.

The Press
The Press is a deceptively spacious, stone built farmhouse in a secluded setting with panoramic views across the River Findhorn to the hills of Strathdearn. The cosy family kitchen, with French overlooking the hills, is a natural gathering place and so impressed TV chef Jamie Oliver that he chose to film an episode of his ‘The Naked Chef’ series here. The Press is ideal for large groups of family or friends, or by fishermen who can enjoy salmon fishing on the River Findhorn. The millennium city of Inverness is just 16 miles north and 16 miles south is the all year round tourist destination of Aviemore. Walkers and birdwatchers will enjoy the tranquillity of the hills, forests and silver birch woodland around the house. The garden is fenced off and a natural playground for children. Fishing, stalking and shooting are by separate arrangement.

Tomatin House
Tomatin House is a comfortable family home, enjoying a beautiful private setting on the banks of the River Findhorn. Dating from approximately 1640, the house enjoys a glorious private setting, surrounded by wonderful mixed woodland and extensive lawns. Improved and extended over the centuries, the house now offers extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 15 people. On the ground floor there is a large elegant drawing room and sitting room each with open fires, dining room seating 12 and well appointed kitchen with Aga, playroom and cloakroom with two w.c's and bath. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double room, two twin bedrooms with wash hand basins, three single bedrooms with wash hand basins, two further twin bedrooms, bathroom with separate shower and three further bathrooms.
